Handmade end grain cutting board

This board should be used as a cheeseboard or for foods that aren’t too wet. This is made with a fir which is a soft wood and open grain. This board has some holes in the pith (center of the wood). So keep well oiled and beeswaxed.

So I don’t recommend cutting super juicy things on this, or anything like raw chicken since it can harbor bacteria.

One of my favorite boards is made from fir and has lasted for almost 8 years now of constant use and hopefully many to come!!

Care: hand wash right after use and oil when it starts looking dry.
