Bug Repellent Balm
An easy and effective bug repellant balm recipe!
Equipment
- Double boiler (or a glass bowl sitting inside a pot of water)
- Tins or small glass mason jars
- A spoon and / or ladle
Materials
- 14 oz coconut oil
- 2 oz olive oil
- 1 oz beeswax
- 20 drops tea tree essential oil
- 15 drops cedarwood essential oil
- 15 drops peppermint essential oil
Instructions
- Melt the coconut oil, olive oil and beeswax in a double boiler.
- After it is a liquid, remove it from the heat, and add in your essential oils.
- Stir it up, and pour or ladle into little tins, or small glass mason jars.
- Apply as needed.
