  • 8 by 8 dish or a bowl
  • Whisk
  • Measuring spoons
  • Pot

Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups fruit juice or syrup from home-canned fruit
  • 4 to 5 tbsp beef gelatin

Instructions
 

  • Pour about 1/2 cup of cold fruit juice / syrup into an 8 by 8 dish.
  • Add 4 to 5 tablespoons of gelatin to the cold juice and whisk thoroughly, and it should thicken up.
  • Heat the rest of the juice in a pot until it is just hot to the touch, not boiling.
  • Slowly pour the hot juice into the gelatin mixture while you whisk it. It should be really thin at this point.
  • Put it in the refridgerator for 2 to 3 hours or overnight.
  • And enjoy!
