Pregnancy Belly Balm

Materials

  • 4 oz shea butter
  • 4 oz coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp vitamin e oil
  • 15 drops lavender essential oil
  • 5 drops orange essential oil

Instructions

  • Combine, shea butter, coconut oil, and vitamin E oil in a double boiler pot over the stove. Heat until melted, and remove from the burner.
  • Add in your essential oils – you don’t have to use the same ones I did, just any pregnancy safe oils that suite your fancy.
  • Pour into a jar and let cool.
  • Apply as needed to dry itchy areas.
